1. Consultation Fees
All consultation fees paid for appointments or case reviews are non-refundable, as time and professional expertise are reserved once a booking is made.
2. Service Fees
Service fees for ongoing immigration services may be partially refundable only if work has not yet commenced on your file. Any government or third-party processing fees are strictly non-refundable.
3. Refund Requests
Clients may submit refund requests by contacting info@ruhayat.com. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
4. Policy Updates
